“Sivaranjaniyum Innum Sila Pengallum” alias “Sivaranjani and Two Other Women” has won the Best Film Award at the 28th Fukuoka International Film Festival! Director Vasanth S. Sai was present in Japan to receive this prestigious award from the Festival Director, Hariki Yasuhiro, and Kubota Isao, Chairman of the Film Festival Committee.
Upon receiving this high honor director Vasanth was extremely grateful & touched at the appreciation that Japanese audiences have shown the film:

The film starring Parvathy Thiruvothu, Lakshmi Priya Chandramouli, and Kaleseewari Srinivasan had its Japanese Premiere at the festival on September 15, where it was received with great applause, as the only Indian feature film chosen in the showcase! The film has two more screenings at the festival on September 18 & 19.
